2012 Year in Review

2012 was a busy year for me. I photographed multiple weddings, families, engagements, and kiddos and oh yeah, I also worked full time and had my first baby! Thanks so much to all of you who chose me to photograph your special moments this year. I am so looking forward to what the next year will bring and the possibility of having more time to persue photography. Here is a quick sample from some of the last year's sessions...

Jen & Kevin ~Maternity~

I had fun shooting these two, their adorable dog, and their soon-to-be-here baby the other day.  The location they picked was beautiful and sentimental for them,but a pretty good distance to walk for someone who is 9 months pregnant. Jen was a total trooper. Also, I have to say that Aries was the most photogenic dog I have ever worked with. She smiled and looked at the camera for every shot! Anyway...I am super excited to photograph this family again when their little boy arrives :)

Austin, Britani, & and Baby Alastair

Alastair is already 6 moths old and I can't believe it. It seems like it was only a few weeks ago that we did his newborn photos.  It was so much fun to take pics in his brand new room and at the park around the corner form their house.  This little man seemed more interested in his shoes than the camera but we had fun with it :) Here are a few of my favorite shots...

Tonya and Josh (& Chesney too)~Maternity~

This month I decided to venture into the world of maternity photography. The first session was my best friend Tonya and her husband Josh.  For this shoot we spent the afternoon up at Fallen Leaf Lake where her family was camping and had such a good time walking around the Lake and taking photos. Her little girl is seriously lucky to have the parents that she does and I can not wait to meet her in a few weeks :) Here are a few of my favorites form the shoot.
